We are looking for a Junior Recruiting Specialist to join our HR Team and support us with international recruitment projects. Do you feel like working with people and processing data could be your passion? Are you interested in New Technologies and Human Resources? Do you feel comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis? If yes, you’ve hit the jackpot and may be the right candidate for this role! We do not require any experience. We will appreciate your enthusiasm for work, communication skills, and ability to learn quickly 🙂

You will:

  • Learn a lot about recruitment and our business!
  • Deal with sourcing candidates, selection, direct search, operational and administrative tasks in recruitment processes (creating job descriptions, publishing job ads, making appointments, updating data in the ATS).
  • Have the opportunity to develop your planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Be able to experience flexible and task-based working hours and a unique working atmosphere ⎼ we will certainly take your every idea into consideration.
  • Identify new ways of finding and attracting talents for optAd360.

You need:

  • Availability to work full time from Monday to Friday ⎼ if you are a student, and you have classes during your working hours, we will surely agree on that 🙂
  • Being inquisitive and persistent to find information and when reaching out to the candidates.
  • Being engaged and creative in finding new ways and tools to attract candidates.
  • Fluency in English (additional language will be an advantage)
